Five D Enterprises offers directional boring services for installation of power, communication, and control copper and fiber conductors directly buried and in raceways. The greatest advantage of directional boring is the benefit of installing underground conductors and raceways without disturbing the surface landscape, obstructions, pavement. The bore and materials can be steered around known obstacles such as post, trees, foundations and other utilities.

We use Ditch Witch equipment for installation. Our equipment is capable of exerting up to 17,000 lbs of penetration and pullback of ducts and/or connectors.
With the use of Subsite electronics we are able to know the exact location, depth and slope angle of the bore at all times. The locating equipment follows the bore head as it progresses. All statistical information is displayed to the bore machine operator simultaneously via a direct radio link to a display mounted on the boring rig.
